Lift a callback-interface parameter’s (ctx, vtable) slots into the Arc<dyn Trait> the producer’s function takes. name is the parameter’s name, for the error message.

Errors

Returns a MARSHAL_ERROR_CODE error for a null vtable or one smaller than the producer’s.

Same contract as ForeignCallback::from_raw.
